Intellectual Property and Usage Rights:

All artwork, designs, and physical or digital products offered by A Dreaming Witch are the sole property of the creator(s) and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. These items may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, reposted, or resold in any form without prior written consent through a formal agreement or contract.

By purchasing from A Dreaming Witch, you acknowledge and agree not to infringe upon these rights. Any unauthorized use, duplication, or redistribution of our content or products will be considered a violation of these terms and may result in legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Prohibited Use for AI Generation:

All artwork, products, and digital content featured on this website are the intellectual property of A Dreaming Witch and are protected by copyright law. You may not use, upload, or input any of this content—whether in part or in whole—into any artificial intelligence (AI) system, machine learning model, or related technology for the purposes of training, generating, imitating, or reproducing content. This includes but is not limited to image generators, language models, and data scraping tools. Unauthorized use for AI purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Collaboration Requests:

If you are another creator, or own your own shop, and wish to collaborate, please reach out via email (info@ADreamingWitch.com) where we can further discuss and potentially create an arrangement.

BUNDLE DEAL POLICIES:

4-STICKER policy:
Buy three stickers, and get one free. Up to three uses per order. Discount applies automatically at checkout. Applies to the lowest priced sticker. Deal applies the conditions are met: at least 4 total stickers are in cart. Deal can be used three times per order (12 total stickers, 3 free). Deal is set to combine with other bundle deal discounts and free shipping discount. Free sticker(s) cannot be refunded/exchanged after purchase.

FREESTICKER policy:
Buy 1 notebook, and get 1 free sticker per order. Discount applies automatically at checkout. Applies to the lowest priced sticker if multiple are in cart at checkout. Deal applies the conditions are met: at least 1 notebook and at least 1 sticker are in cart. Deal can only be used once per order. Deal is set to combine with other bundle deal discounts and free shipping discount. Free sticker cannot be refunded/exchanged after purchase.

SPELLJARBUNDLE policy:
Buy 1 intention oil and 1 spell jar and save $2 on the spell jar. Discount applies automatically at checkout. Deal applies the conditions are met: at least 1 intention oil and at least 1 spell jar are in cart. Deal can be used up to 10 times per order (up to a $20 savings). Deal is set to combine with other bundle deal discounts and free shipping discount. If a refund is requested, the refund will only be approved up to the discounted amount.

2FOR35BRACELET policy:
Add 2 intention charged bracelets to your cart and save $5.00 ($35 total for 2 bracelets, not including tax or shipping). Discount applies automatically at checkout. Applies once per order when conditions are met: minimum purchase of 2 items from category (intention charged bracelets). Combines with product, order, and shipping discounts. If a refund is requested, the approved refund will only be up to the discounted amount.

TAROT READING POLICY:

Readings are to be paid at time of booking and are non-refundable unless I am unable to deliver your reading. Turn around time is 1-5 weekdays, though I may deliver them on a weekend if I am free and choose to do so.

Tarot readings will be delivered via audio message to the email provided, or in text form if I am unable to record for some reason.

A Dreaming Witch holds authority to cancel and refund your reading without provided reason.

Tarot readings are based on current energies and is subject to interpretation and should not be taken as absolute. All tarot readings given by me are for entertainment purposes only, and no guarantee can be given. A Tarot Reading does not replace Professional Medical/Legal/Business opinion and advice. The contents of a tarot reading are not legally binding. Any decisions made, or actions taken by you as a result of your reading are your sole responsibility.

I do not offer Tarot Readings to anyone under 18 years of age. By accepting any reading by me you confirm you are 18 years of age or over.

REIKI SERVICES POLICY:

Reiki sessions are to be paid in full at time of booking and are non-refundable unless I am unable to deliver your services at your requested time.

Reiki sessions will be done entirely remotely, with contact via email before and after the session to inform the client that their session has started/concluded.

A Dreaming Witch holds authority to cancel and refund your session without provided reason.

Reiki is an alternative, complementary practice and not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose or prescribe medical treatment. Clients are solely responsible for their own health decisions and any potential risks. We also cannot guarantee specific outcomes and are not liable for any negative health consequences.

I do not offer Reiki services to anyone under 18 years of age. By accepting any reiki service by me you confirm you are 18 years of age or over.

The providers at A Dreaming Witch have been adequately trained in the required Reiki levels to provide services. I am a level 2 certified Reiki practitioner in Gendai Reiki, and can give proof of my certificates and Reiki lineage if requested.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS POLICY:

Digital Downloads refer to any items you purchase from the shop and receive files to instantly download to your own device. This may be a PNG, JPG, PDF, .DOC file, & more.

These items are for PERSONAL USE only, and are unauthorized to be distributed to those any have not purchased the download for themselves, or to be sold by anyone other than A Dreaming Witch. You agree to these terms when making your purchase.

If you would like to purchase a copy to distribute, please reach out to us and we will provide a watermarked version at small additional cost for you to use with others.

REIKI INFUSED INTENTION BRACELET DISCLAIMERS:

The images featured in the product listings serve as a representation of the bracelet design. Upon placing your order, your bracelet will be crafted in the same design as depicted. Every stone is carefully chosen and inspected for quality. Please do be aware that gemstones may vary slightly in appearance.

Photography: Different devices may display colors differently. I've attempted to represent them as accurately as possible, but please be advised there may be variations in stones appearances.
