ABOUT US:

What do you do?

• A Dreaming Witch is a small owned tarot, art, witchcraft & wellness shop.

• A Dreaming Witch handcrafts a variety of unique mystical themed notebooks, waterproof stickers, & other art. They also offer a variety of witchcraft & wellness products, such as their reiki infused soap bars, reiki infused herbal bath salts, intention oils, intention gemstone bracelets, and more to aid you along your spiritual journeys. All of their products are 100% handcrafted and created with intention + love. 

• Our mission is to express our authentic self through art and magic, and to provide a safe space for other witchy/spiritual people to find community and fun in exploring witchcraft/spirituality. 

Where are we located?

• A Dreaming Witch is currently an online only business, operating in western PA. You may find us at some local events which are listed on our Upcoming Events page.

What is your refund policy?

• All info about our refund and return policy can be found here.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

• We run sales routinely and have several ongoing promotions such as our "buy a notebook and get a free sticker" deal. All of these deals can be found listed on our terms of service page, or in the description of products that are eligible for deals.
• To get exclusive deals or notice of limited time sales, we suggest signing up for our email subscription!

Is everything handmade?

• Yes everything is drawn, designed, printed, and put together at home / by hand.
• Notebooks are printed on a sticker page and adhered to a chipboard and pages are designed and printed, cut to size, and cinched together with a wire binder.

Do you offer commissions / custom made items?

• We are open to doing custom projects! We can make custom stickers, notebooks, spell jars, and more at request! To start your custom order request, reach out to us at info@ADreamingWitch.com with your idea, and we will get it worked out. Please know that if your custom is approved, we will come to a pricing agreement, and payment will be due upfront for your order to be completed and shipped. :) 

Why are things priced the way they are?

• We are a small owned and home ran business, therefore some of our prices may be considered "high" to some customers. We do everything by hand, including creation of products, sourcing materials, designing, packaging, and all executive work. A lot of hours and work go into running our shop. Therefore, to make any profit, we have to price higher than a mass produced company may price, but you are receiving an item that is unique and supports a real person + artist. ♡ 

Do you offer wholesale / bulk options?

• Yes! To arrange a wholesale or bulk item agreement, please reach out via email at info@ADreamingWitch.com and let us know what it is you're looking to purchase. Please know, we do not allow for shops/sellers/companies to purchase and resell our products without a prior agreement, as stated in our terms of service.

Why do I see some products on your photos that aren't listed on your site?

• Certain products, such as our punch needle mini rugs, are not currently on our website. This is mainly due to limited time and energy, and I simply haven't had enough time between events to take the product photos and make a listing. If you see something you want that isn't listed on our site, you can always reach out to us and we can arrange a custom invoice so that you can get it!  

Can I get a reading in person? Do you do tarot shows or parties?

• We occasionally attend psychic fairs/metaphysical shows where you can get a reading in person! We do not always do readings at our events, and the best way to find out which we are is to check out upcoming events page and look for a note to be attached to the event.
• We have done a few tarot parties, and are currently working on an official listing to schedule tarot parties! You can still reach out to us via email to inquire about tarot shows until that listing is up. We do require a deposit to secure the date, and a minimum of 1 hour to be booked (3 participants) and a maximum of 12 participants (4 hours).

 

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS / METAPHYSICAL ITEMS:

What is Reiki? 

• Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique, often used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It involves channeling universe life force energy that flows through everything, helping your own energy flow to open up. Many believe stuck energy can cause various symptoms of illness, and reiki is believed to help decrease these energetic illnesses.

What does reiki do in a product?

• We believe that using a product with reiki infused in it helps bring the channeled energy to you when using the product, helping clear stagnant energy or blocks, helping your personal energy flow better, which can aid in reducing stress and pain.

Spell jars?

• Spell jars are created with metaphysical properties of herbs, energy work, crystals, + more.
• Each spell jar is made by hand for different purposes, each has a description on what it does.
• You can carry these with you or place them somewhere you want that energy to radiate at (like placing your money jar near your work desk).

Spell Oils/ Intention Oils?

• Intention oils are created with a combination of metaphysical properties such as herbal magic and energy work.
• Our oils are made with a combination of dried herbs and reiki energy. They sit and absorb the metaphysical properties of the herbs for 2 weeks before being strained out. 
• Intention Oils can be used in your own spell work, to anoint candles, or other tools, or you can put them on yourself or in a bath to bring that energy into your own energetic field. They are NOT made for consumption.
