Refund policy
It is our goal at A Dreaming Witch to make sure things are right and keep our customers happy with their purchases! We do understand sometimes mistakes happen, in which case please refer to the refund policy below:
We have a 1 week return policy, which means you have 7 days after your item is marked as delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number for proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ADreamingWitch.com, including your order number, the reason for return, and any pictures of damaged product (if applicable).
If your return is accepted: Customer will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return product. A Dreaming Witch may offer to cover the cost on case-by-case scenarios, such as we determined a mistake was made on the order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Orders that have been shipped out cannot be altered, cancelled, or refunded.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a package has been shipped and has not yet arrived, please contact the shipping carrier first to get more information. A Dreaming Witch is not held liable for lost or delayed packages.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (ex: special orders or personalized items), digital downloads, and/or services performed.
- Sale items may not be eligible for return.
- All items in this store are made from home and by hand, therefore certain items will not be eligible for refund in the case of small human-errors/imperfections; such as a slight discrepancy in measurements (within a few mm).
- Sticker orders purchased without tracking may not be eligible for refund except for case-by-case scenarios. If ordering a large amount of stickers, we highly recommend choosing the tracked option.
- Tarot reading services are not eligible for refunds or cancellations unless extreme conditions are determined, or I am unable to deliver your reading to you within the stated time frame.
- Digital Download items are not eligible for refunds. If there is a problem with the file and you cannot download it, reach out to us and we will make sure you get your files.
- Reiki sessions are not eligible for refunds. If you wish to reschedule your session, you can email us prior to your appointment time and we will rebook it on our end. Cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
- If you are still unsatisfied with the product and do wish to return it, a refund for the item(s) purchased may be offered in certain cases, as long as you are willing to ship the item back on your own accord. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, and please include pictures if possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

A Dreaming Witch reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
