Shipping policy

Our Shipping Policies:

✿ Shipping Methods:
- All shipping is typically fulfilled through standard USPS shipping. UPS may be utilized in certain scenarios.
- All physical items will be shipped with a tracking number and the number will be provided to you once your item has began the shipment process. 
- Expedited shipping is not currently available.

✿ Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping rates for all non-canvas painting products are a flat rate of $6.25* for packages under 5lbs. 
  • 5lbs and over packages will be charged a flat rate of $9.00. 
  • Orders over $60 are eligible for free shipping, (excluding packages that the total to ship the package comes to $12.99 or over).
  • To reduce the risk of damage, canvas paintings can only be shipped alone at a flat rate of $9.00. Any other product will be shipped separately at their own designated shipping rate.
  • *DUE TO A DRAMATIC INCREASE IN SHIPPING COSTS, WE HAVE HAD TO UPDATE OUR SHIPPING TO COVER THE NEW RAISED FEES. WE HOPE TO BE ABLE TO BRING THESE COSTS BACK DOWN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Thank you for understanding ♡ 

✿ Shipping Locations:
Shipping is currently only available within the US, but we are looking to expand internationally as soon as possible!

✿ Processing Time:
Shipping times vary slightly per item, but are all within 7 business days (excluding custom items/wholesale). (See the items description for its specific processing time.) 
Most products currently ship within 1-2 days. Unless I have an event planned that week, I generally have the inventory ready to go! 

✿ Can I Pick an Order up if I'm Local?
Pickups can be arranged only if you are local to Pittsburgh, PA and are willing to travel to me to pick your items up. I am located in the southern Pittsburgh area. Please send me an email of your cart contents (without checking out) indicating you want to arrange a pick-up, and I will send you a custom invoice of the cost without shipping added, and upon payment we will arrange a time for pick up. Pick up will not be arranged or allowed until payment is complete, and I will not hold items until payment is made.

✿ Shipping Time:
- Shipping times may vary by season and weather conditions. Please refer to the estimate that USPS provides with the tracking information for an idea of how long your package should take to arrive. Stickers in an envelope can be expected to show up in the typical first class mail timeline (1-10 business days). 
- Most packages I have shipped have arrived within a week of their shipping date, however this is not a guarantee. If you have not received your package after 2 weeks, please reach out to USPS for more information.

Note: I have not found a significant difference in delivery time using Priority shipping over Ground Advantage, therefore I currently only offer Ground Advantage!

✿ Order Tracking:
All eligible orders will be provided with a tracking number through USPS or UPS once the items begins the shipping process. 

✿ Lost, Delayed, or Mis-delivered Shipments:
- If you think your order has been lost, delayed, or if your package is marked delivered yet it hasn't showed up, please reach out to your local USPS post office (or UPS if used) for more information as soon as possible. The postal workers will be able to give you much more information and help than I can from my end! Sometimes USPS scans packages prematurely, and they should be able to inform you if this was the case.
- If you do not receive your package several days after the original delivery date, and have already contacted USPS, please file a missing package claim HERE. In most cases, packages are delayed due to weather or holiday seasons. 

A Dreaming Witch is not held liable for any lost, delayed, or mis-delivered packages due to USPS's shipping, or any errors due to incorrect shipping addresses provided. We do not offer re-shipment or refunds in these cases. We encourage you to file a claim with USPS who will be able to provide much more insight and help than we are able to. ✿ Returns Due to Shipping Issues:

✿ Shipping Costs:
Orders over $60 are eligible for free shipping, (excluding packages that the total to ship the package comes to $12.99 or over).

✿ Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that you provide an accurate USPS eligible shipping address. Address accuracy is solely customer responsibility, and will not be eligible for a refund. If you made a mistake on your address and your item has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at info@ADreamingWitch.com.
