Personal power is a key theme for this full moon in Sagittarius. We started the reading off with the Wheel of Fortune reversed. We may be resisting the way that ‘fate’ is pulling us. The Wheel of Fortune is also associated with Jupiter, Sagittarius’ ruler. A lot of us may hear ‘luck’, ‘abundance’ or ‘fate’ and feel that these words are inherently “good,” but that’s not true. These things are NEUTRAL. We can have ‘good’ or ‘bad’ luck, the difference is mainly in perspective.

So I’m feeling like things that were being revealed with the Taurus new moon (which had a lot of underlying energy of secrets being exposed) have put us in a position where our identity is being questioned. This could be us questioning our own selves, trying to figure out who we really are and what we really want.

We are continuously being pushed out of our comfort zone lately. I feel a lot of this energy is coming from Pluto shifting into Aquarius (and recently had gone retrograde), so we are reflecting on Pluto themes in our lives (power, power dynamics, our relationship to control, rebirth/transformation, deconstruction…). We are being confronted by our own resistance and the things we have been overthinking. This call has been building for months and months I feel… so why are you ignoring your personal truth?

We may be becoming more aware of our personal beliefs and how they are influencing the decisions we are making (or avoiding making). We are being confronted by the growth we have been seeking, and realizing to move into this new phase means we must release this identity we have been clinging to but no longer resonate with.

So with this energy we are being pushed to release a lot… a lot of outdated beliefs, a lot of victim mindset… You have more resources available to you than you are acknowledging. There are people, places, situations, etc that are WAITING for you to step into your truth so that they can support you! Unfortunately this might not be the people you expect or want, but you are holding yourself back by only accepting support from certain people. We may also need to seek out some more information from trusted sources to help us make these big moves… 

The tower reversed came through but with the sun on the bottom. We are resisting our own fulfillment by not letting these old paradigms fall apart. This foundation is no longer suitable for us. We must go where we are being called. It may be hard in the moment, it will take strength, a need to set boundaries (with ourselves and others), and just time to reconnect to ourselves so we have a clear understanding of what we are looking for.

It’s time to stop waiting for someone to come in and save us. Fate doesn’t just happen to us. Life doesn’t just happen to us. We are co-creating with the universe. We cannot expect things to just fall into place if we are making no moves to shift or change anything in our lives. You do yourself a disservice when you put all the power into external things. It’s time to recognize your own power and USE IT!  

Also, your emotions are holding a lot of information for you. Even if they aren’t “rational,” they hold a well of information for us to learn about ourselves and figure out our beliefs. 

You have so much more power than you are giving yourself credit for. It’s time to remind yourself who you are— and also realize that who you are may have changed, and that that is perfectly okay. We are here to grow and learn. ♡ 

We need to let some things fall apart so we can rebuild them the way we want them.
